Position Overview:
NetBenefit Software is entering a new chapter, moving from a period of strong growth to a leadership position in the SaaS industry. As our Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the product vision to deliver exceptional client outcomes. In collaboration with the Client Experience, Development, and Sales/Marketing Teams, you will align the product roadmap with business objectives and implement systems that elevate the product function. This is a leadership role, suited to someone prepared to make impactful decisions and thrive in dynamic situations.

Key Responsibilities:
Content & Online Engagement:
Develop and implement content strategies to enhance engagement on the NetBenefit website and LinkedIn.
Create and share content aligned with our marketing strategy to drive website traffic and social media engagement.
Contribute to effective strategies for launching new products and features.
Product Development:
Data-Driven Approach: Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to understand client challenges and shape the product roadmap.
Resource Management: Optimize resources and priorities to deliver on the product roadmap and strategic projects.
User-Centric Design: Prioritize client experience in product design and development.
Industry Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of the socioeconomic software industry and trends.
Process & Tool Expertise: Use JIRA for project tracking and Agile methodologies for product development.
Process Optimization: Drive process improvements to automate and streamline product operations.
Team Leadership: Contribute to a high-performance team where ownership and accountability are central to each member’s role.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a product management role, ideally within a B2B SaaS company.
Familiarity with content development and social media engagement strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
Experience using JIRA and Agile methodologies in product management.
Passion for client-centered design and continuous process improvement.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000, depending on experience.
Bonus: Significant performance-based bonus structure.
